Hotel O3Zone

I’ve stayed here 3-4 times already. The deluxe rooms are very nice, the view is lovely, and the staff deserve congratulations. Breakfast and dinner are good, and the pool is nice too. But please do something about toddlers in the pool. They don’t understand why they’re allowed in there, and where do you think they pee? Right in the pool. No children are allowed in any well respected SAP. A spa is for relaxing, not for getting splashed or listening to toddlers scream. You call it SPA, not pool, right? 😉

The location and view are fantastic, and I was pleasantly surprised by the food. There was great variety and quality at every meal. The rest of the stay didn’t match the claimed four-star rating, though. The rooms are small and dated, without the modern comfort I’d expect for the price. The gym is tiny, has old equipment, and doesn’t open until 9:00 AM, which is unusual for a hotel at this level. The spa has the same late opening time, so there’s no chance to exercise or relax earlier. At these rates, it feels like you’re paying for the setting and view. Management should update the facilities and improve service to justify the high prices.

The worst part was the food: oily, poor quality, and with little choice. The dining setup needs work too. Breakfast was so crowded that people were waiting in line, and they hadn’t extended the serving hours. The double room bathroom had a leak. Reception staff were pleasant and professional, and the masseurs were quite good. The saunas are well equipped, but the pool is small and crowded. The food quality doesn’t match a four-star hotel.
