Hotel Vila Alex

Ms. Radu's behavior made this camp a miserable experience for most of the children in the protection system who had recently stayed there. The responsible institutions had paid in full. For many of the children, it was their first time seeing the sea, and perhaps their first time leaving their community. Yet this constantly dissatisfied “lady” kept scolding and shouting at them, making threats and imposing restrictions, and worse, discriminating against them. The sheet the children dirtied is part of the services you charged for and collected payment for, respected owner. The faulty door lock was also no reason to start a scandal. Her conduct added stress for our educators, who were left managing conflicts with the boss. The greatest harm was to the children, who were given a negative role model and a sad experience. We have a lot of explaining to do: “NOT LIKE THAT!” Vile behavior. We don't recommend this place and certainly won't return.

There was mold in the room and the bedding was dirty. The owner was aggressive, and the administrator confronted us downstairs, saying we were washing and using water. Even the air conditioning and water were metered. Dirty sheets and an aggressive owner made for a bad stay.

The person who introduced herself as the manager was the worst part. She shouted, insulted us, and even hit people staying there. When I asked her to stop yelling at us, she slapped me. The place was horribly dirty, with filthy rooms, dirty linen that hadn't been changed, and no towels. A horrible experience.

What a delight, spending a week in an abandoned hospital cell. I lost my mental integrity and neurons. The ladies on duty wanted our company, and showed their affection by taking our money and watching Christian channels on a flea of a TV with just 10 channels.
