An exceptional motel.

We had a good stay and recommend it. The accommodation is simple, with the basics for a week by the beach: a bed, shower, fridge, and a TV if its batteries still work. There’s a small private parking area in the garden, about three minutes away, where the car can be left undisturbed. The amusement park is also a three-minute walk; at night, you might hear people screaming on the rides. The railway is around five minutes away, but the train itself isn’t audible, just its locomotive for a few seconds. The beach is a 15-minute walk, and a bit of walking is welcome.

The host was welcoming, and the place is accessible and close to the beach, which is about all you need for a few days by the sea. The shared bathroom and shared fridge are definitely drawbacks. I stayed here anyway, and still appreciate the place. I’d come back if I got the chance 🤝🙏😁♥️🥺

The room had no air conditioning and just one socket, already used by the TV, so with two phones and an electronic cigarette there was no way to charge everything and watch TV before bed. The hot water situation was terrible, and there was no toilet and shower. There was one fridge for the whole guesthouse, and when I went to get tea, water or beer, they were gone. When I complained, I was told I didn’t want anything in the fridge. I don’t believe in ghosts, but that was strange. Communication was poor, too: I booked a room for 74 Ron, then was asked for 110 Ron when I arrived. That’s totally wrong. If you offer a low price, don’t make a joke of it. You took responsibility, so follow through. It’s not the guest’s fault you didn’t organize things. Accommodation services in Romania, superb!
