The balcony has a spectacular view, and outside there’s a great setup for families, with space for kids and a barbecue. You can use the kitchen, dining area, and parking. There aren’t meals on site, but a nearby restaurant delivers quickly and the food was good. Inside was clean, though the old mattress and heavy pillows weren’t comfortable, and the towels felt scratchy. The heating was the main problem: it was off by morning, leaving the bedroom and bathroom very cold. It would help if it stayed on longer when it’s cold out. For a couple just passing through, I wouldn’t rate it as highly, but I think families get good value. I saw questions on Google about holiday vouchers: payment that way is available only to Sodexo holders.

We felt very comfortable at Eladi and would happily return. The room and bathroom were clean and pleasant, though water leaked from beneath the shower cabin onto the floor. There’s no restaurant at the house, but a nearby one can deliver anything you order from its menu. The grounds are lovely, with two gazebos, a little stream beside the house, and paths up to a high point where you can look over the town and toward the mountains. The mountain view is gorgeous, and the welcome was warm.
