The villa itself is pretty neat, but I wouldn't recommend it to a single family hoping for some time alone. We were the only family there outside a group that had rented the whole place. The reception had a notice saying "22:00 - 8:00 Please do not disturb" or something like that, but nobody paid attention to it. I can understand things running past 22:00 until 23:00 or midnight, but the noise got too loud and went on too far. It felt uncivilized.

We had a good time here as a group, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The sports field is a real highlight, very large and well maintained. The area is handy for Borsec's main attractions, including the caves and mineral springs. You can walk from Vila Sport to them in less than an hour. The rooms' interiors could use some more work.

From here, all the great places in Borsec are just a 5-10 minute walk away. It's the best location in town.

A good place to stay in Borsec, with large rooms and a big kitchen.
