The lobby and reception looked beautiful, though the whole area felt rather small and compact. I was there for a conference a couple of years ago and stayed two nights so I could have breakfast with other attendees without rushing over in the morning. There was an off-site party I wasn't interested in, which meant I was probably one of the last people back at the hotel after dinner on those nights. This was before I had online things to do in my room at night.

Breakfast was the standout for me, with plenty of choice and service until 10:30, later than many places that stop at 10. The beds were really comfortable, and the robes and flip-flops were nice touches. I've stayed at the Bucharest Sheraton a few times and find it a solid place, a nice change of pace and a decent base in the city. The rooms feel a little dated, though, and the views aren't much to speak of.

Lucian made us feel at ease throughout our stay at Sheraton Bucharest. We kept asking him for advice and recommendations, and he was patient, helpful, respectful, and genuinely kind every time. He never made us feel we were asking too much. The hotel was comfortable, conveniently located, and seemed well organized and maintained. We had a great experience, and the service, especially Lucian's, means we'd definitely choose to come back. Thank you for making our stay so positive.

The staff were so kind and friendly, and breakfast had lots of options and was really nice. You have to visit the benihana show for lunch or dinner! The rooms are spacious enough, clean, and have a nice view, though the pillows were a little uncomfortable. It's not very close to the city center, but it's an OK walk when the weather is good.

The staff were truly wonderful, but the stay was surprisingly disappointing for a Sheraton. I was there for two nights, and the hotel really needs renovation. My colleagues and I had serious bathroom water leaks in both my room and theirs.
