The staff made us feel very welcome at the hotel, and we'll definitely come back because of them. Victor, the bartender, made an incredible impression on my friends and me. He's humble, friendly, professional, and helpful. His colleagues antonela and Gabriel are great at their jobs too. Hotel 10/10 because of the staff!

We had an amazing time here. Ana, the receptionist, is lovely and the best. Everyone was very friendly. I'd recommend it to anyone.

The room smelled awful, and we weren't told there'd be a party. Music on the third floor was extremely loud until 3 a.m. One wall was broken, as was a shower door, and there was mold. The sink was broken too, and the carpet badly stained. The AC was very loud and started heating randomly at night, and it was hard to turn off. I have nothing good to say about the experience.

The location is really nice, close to the Cornișa Complex, and the stay was okay otherwise. I gave this three-star hotel four stars. I wish I could have given it five, but since Botoșani is connected with Laval, Canada, I expected the service to be a little more like that. Instead it felt purely Romanian: no interest, no customer service, no training, just people with jobs and little consideration for customers.

The room temperature was good, but there were several problems. The bathroom needs serious improvement, and the room was too noisy because of the old-style windows. The walls had cracks, and the lighting was too powerful.
