My experience working in real estate with Gabriel Stan, the owner of Bellevue Residence, was by far the most difficult and problematic one I’ve had. Be very careful with the contracts and read every word closely. Some clauses in the “fine print” may later make you liable, even if they were first explained differently. I’d avoid working with him.

The rooms are spacious, and the nighttime view is breathtaking. Getting to shops below means having a car, though, since there aren’t many grocery stores nearby.
