Radisson Blu Aurum Hotel, Brasov

We had a wonderful stay at Radisson Blu Aurum Hotel in Brașov. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, and the hotel felt modern and elegant, with a great location and a warm atmosphere. The restaurant food was delicious too. Luvjet and Răzvan helped us choose dishes and gave thoughtful recommendations with a friendly, professional manner. A big thank you as well to the staff who made our stay so special: Dragoș, Mustapha, Alexandrina, Alexandru, and Denny’s. They were kind, professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their genuine care made the whole visit unforgettable. I'd highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Brașov, and I'd love to return!

The breakfast had a decent selection, though nothing really stood out. My room was clean and comfortable, and everything seemed brand new. The real highlight was the staff, who were all so friendly and welcoming. When a major booking problem came up, Alexandru at reception sorted it out quickly and calmly, with real professionalism. He turned a stressful situation around and made the stay very pleasant.

Even though the hotel is right on the main street, it was surprisingly quiet. It's right in the center of Brasov, so many attractions are easy to reach. The rooms were very clean, with bathrooms stocked with what you need, and the modern furniture and decor looked lovely. The staff were very nice and helped create a pleasant atmosphere.

Denys took me through the wine cellar and told me about the history of the hotel and Brașov. His knowledge, enthusiasm, and friendly manner made it a memorable part of my visit, and I really appreciated the time he spent with me. I was there from August 8-10, and the woman who helped with my reservation was incredibly kind and attentive throughout. Whenever I had a question, she answered with care and professionalism. Her warm approach made me feel welcome, and I'm very grateful to her.
