Studio Alex

We did enjoy our stay at Studio Alex (Alex Studio), which is why we tried to book another vacation a few months later. This time Mr. Horea wouldn’t tell us he no longer wanted to work with us. He said the place wasn’t available, but when another person called, it was. I called to ask why he’d lied, and he said we were irresponsible and had left a disaster behind. That surprised me. I got up at 6 am, wiped the kitchen table and counters, washed the dishes, took out the trash and mopped with plain water because the cleaning products were locked away. I made the bed, though I admit I didn’t dust. We did leave some food that could spoil: 500 ml of oil, 500g of flour, onions and a few potatoes. I asked your mother to do whatever she wanted with it because I felt bad throwing it away, and we were heading on to Sinaia. Maybe she didn’t hear me because she was busy getting the check out done as quickly as possible. He also said we’d used a lot for what we paid. All we asked was to turn on the central heating. In September, nights in Brasov were 7-8 degrees outside, while it reached around 25 during the day. Inside it was 18-19 degrees at night, and we only had the duvet on the bed to keep warm. The heating was turned on for about four hours in the evening, just to take the chill off. Sorry, but was heating not included in the 90lei/night we paid? We’d felt comfortable there, and it looked like the pictures, with a few exceptions. There was no extra blanket, and no extra beds. The hood and electric oven didn’t work. I found dry bread in the toaster. The place had been cleaned very well, but the “fully equipped” kitchen had a dull frying pan, three forks, two spoons, no teaspoons, three plates, two bowls and a blunt knife. I politely asked your mother for two wine or champagne glasses. She said she drinks from mugs at home, and there was one glass and three mugs. I also asked for a grater and a kettle. There was no grater, and she said there was a filter with water in it, though maybe I wanted to boil eggs. That’s about everything I found in the kitchen. I had a pleasant stay because I was with the person I love, and “the man sanctifies the place.” If you plan to cook, bring what you need from home. And don’t forget beds, a champagne glass and a kettle, because you’ve got no chance of getting them! :)) I have the video and pictures from the morning we left. Best regards, Alexandru.

Everything was modern and tastefully done, and it was clean. There’s parking, and it’s close to shopping centers. The place seemed well run. I recommend it!

Studio Alex was just like the pictures, in a quiet area. It was clean and friendly, with the basic things provided. We’d gladly come back.

Clean and lovely. I liked it and will come back next time.
