We hadn't stayed here before, so it was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were roomy, very clean and recently renovated, and the prices seemed fair. There's also a nice restaurant in the hotel. It's about a 20-minute walk from the Romanian Expo Center, and we were happy with our stay.
The place was even better than described: clean, comfortable, and easy to get around from. Check-in went smoothly, and communication was quick and friendly. I'd happily come back and recommend it. Marius at the front desk deserves 10 stars for customer service. Thank you so much!
That bed was very comfortable, and the large, clean room was just what we needed for our 15-day stay. The shower drainage wasn't great, but we found a way to work around it. Kosala, the concierge, and Irene from housekeeping were great, and everyone at the front desk gave exceptional service. We'd definitely return and recommend it if you need the extra space.
The staff were friendly, the location was good, and the room was nice and very clean, with a comfortable bed. You can hear some noise through the walls, though. The soundproofing isn't the best, but it is what it is.
The rooms are quite big, and the bus stop to the center is right near the entrance. It's also close to Herastrau Park and about a 20-minute walk from romexpo. My room's carpet had stains and looked dirty. Since the hotel is on a main street, traffic noise comes through if your room faces that side. The windows are thin and often don't close properly.
