We spent three nights in an apartment on the third floor, with a view of the river and a balcony. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the receptionist was lovely. It’s a beautiful hotel for a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

The people were good and the rooms were fine, but Tei Toboc is a really bad area. I wouldn’t recommend visiting.

Christian, the host and front office manager, was such a delight and very, very helpful. We booked the penthouse, and it was amazing: cozy, very clean, and with a beautiful view. The beds were comfortable, and there was a large fridge-freezer, a microwave, more than one TV, and a sofa. Highly recommended 👌

We had a nice view of the lake from the room, and parking under the hotel was always available. The hotel was very clean and warm, and the workers were helpful. It’s 20 minutes from the airport and, without traffic, 15 minutes from downtown. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés nearby, plus free coffee throughout the day.

I was there for work for just a few hours, so this is only from that point of view. The penthouse was beautiful and well organized, with a lovely design, big windows, plenty of natural light, and a gorgeous view over Linden Park and the big wheel. The terrace could have been better cared for, and the nearby area isn’t such a good one.
