Caro Golf Hotel

The staff were helpful and nice. I stayed in a premium room and found it very cozy and comfortable. I gave the location five stars because it’s in Floreasca, right by the place I needed to go.

A cozy place and a fine class experience. I remember some of the professional people there, like Ionela and Bogdan. A must place to stay if you visit Bucharest.

I arrived very late, or very early depending how you look at it, and there was a problem with my reservation because of a group booking. Luckily, Maria at reception, the lady with reddish hair, sorted it out when her shift started. I didn't have time to check out all the hotel services, but they seem to have things under control. Some team members are visibly new and still adapting to their tasks. The rooms seem to be kept in good order, though some things look dated. The hotel is in a quieter part of the city, and it worked out great for me.

My company booked and paid for my stay, but the hotel still asked me for 250 ron or my credit card number. It felt like a scam, and I wouldn't recommend the place. There was no way to connect my laptop to the TV, which was basically a useless mirror-like thing. The chair was another question mark when it came to comfort. And yes, they also have a radio 😅. I couldn't believe the poor taste. After a girl threatened me about consuming things or damaging the room, I bought my own toilet paper because I didn't trust that theirs was free.
