The room was fine, and the location worked well for my business trip. But the staff were very inconsiderate, and I wouldn't stay again. On the first night they were drilling and hammering below my room. My hotel neighbour also complained when I went down around midnight, but they said it wouldn't be much longer. It carried on for another 10-15 minutes. The next night, after midnight, people at the courtyard seating were so loud I could hear their conversation and laughter from bed. By 01:45 I'd had enough and went down to tell the staff to be quiet. They turned off the music, but at 01:54 they were still talking loudly enough that I could hear every word. Disgusting service.

The rooms and surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. Roxanne, the hotel owner, gave us a warm, friendly welcome, and her staff were friendly and provided good service. It was nice.

It's a nice hotel, recently renovated, and the staff are friendly. There's no elevator, and parking can be difficult because it's quite busy.
