At 23:30, we reached the apartment, which was supposed to be available until 00:00, but the key locker was empty. We tried calling several times and got no answer, so we had to find another hotel that late. They only said sorry and gave no reason. We spent the rest of the trip at a different hotel.

The room matched the photos exactly, and the location was great, close to all the places a tourist would want to see. Honestly, it was very good value for money.

The place itself is nice, but the floor was really noisy. There was no hot water or heating during our stay, and with 2° outside it was so cold we could barely sleep.

The location is good, but the rooms need better upkeep, especially the bathroom.

Everything else was perfect, though there were a few minor issues with the room's equipment.
