We were charged over $1,000 despite not staying there for even one night. We’d mistakenly made a non-refundable booking on Booking.com and only realized the problem three days later, when we cancelled. The property refused to refund us, saying “Booking’s policy” prevented it. Booking told us that wasn’t true: the host could decide to issue a refund and chose not to. We felt completely scammed. Based on how misleading and uncooperative they were with us, I’d expect any response they post here to be dishonest. Avoid this place at all costs.

Room 7 is very spacious, with floor heating and high-quality appliances, so it’s good value for money. The reception smells like a laundry shop. I assume they clean the sheets themselves there.

We booked directly, and they were very helpful. We stayed on the first floor, and everything was clean and organized, especially the very clean bathroom. The apartment had everything we needed, including an iron and a rack, and they gave us laundry detergent. Very good place.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and cozy, with a very comfortable bed, air conditioning, and a terrace. It had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom with modern, working appliances. We had guests over, and the staff helped with anything extra we needed. It’s centrally located, close to shops, boulevards, and the historical center. The staff were kind and polite, and respected our privacy. This is our top choice in Bucharest.
