Garsoniere Dinu

We found the house dirty and not cleaned after the previous guests. The sheets in the wardrobes were filthy, but we had to put them on the beds ourselves and sleep on them. The owner apologized and said he would reimburse us, and that we could leave the keys and go if we didn't want to stay. We did that, but he later denied everything despite the screenshots of our messages, and kept our money. Scam. Do not go there.

The owner was responsive whenever we needed something, and the rooms had everything we needed and were clean. We've stayed here before, and we're sure we'll come back again.

For the price, it's a good place. The toilet and kitchen were great, and the boiler kept hot water available for washing dishes or taking a bath. It was generally quiet, with buses and the metro nearby. Communication with the owner was mediocre, though. He didn't understand very well, and when we asked to be warned ahead of checkout, he got confused and failed to tell us in time. We had to rush out like the place was on fire. The doors and keys were also awkward to use, and the doorbell or buzzer didn't work. The main room door didn't close on its own, so we had to lock it with the key. Because of that, some drunk Italians came into our room by mistake, and we thought someone had broken in. The stove uses LPG/propane, so be careful if you're not used to it. Apart from those issues, everything was okay.

The flats are small, but have nearly everything you need. Check-in and check-out were simple, and the communication was good and in English. It was also quite cheap and close to the city centre, so we had a great stay.
