We ended up leaving because the alarm noise was impossible to put up with. It had been blaring for over 30 minutes, and when we contacted HOLT service, they said we were making too much noise. We were in separate rooms, speaking very quietly, and it kept going. We'd had a great stay until that night, but they offered no help. The response and behavior were rude and very disappointing. I strongly recommend avoiding their apartments.

I really enjoyed this beautiful, very clean apartment. The service and apartment quality were excellent, and the location puts you close to lots of restaurants, clubs, and bars. Public transport is convenient, with major bus and metro lines nearby and a direct route to the airport. Staff replied quickly, shared useful information, and did their best to help with anything I needed.

The apartment had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to air conditioning for summer and a new washing machine, which was handy for a longer visit. It was very clean and well organized, with stylish furnishings that made it feel comfortable and home-like. Being right in the old town meant restaurants and nightlife were just steps away, while the apartment itself was a quiet place to return to. Our stay at HOLT - Welcome to the Jungle was far better than we expected. I’d wholeheartedly recommend it for a comfortable vacation.

The apartment was just like the photos, and I loved staying there. It’s in a beautiful spot in the heart of the Old Town. The staff were lovely and the service was incredible, with almost instant replies whenever I contacted them and real effort to help. They also sent a digital guide full of useful information and interesting places.

Right next to Old Town, the location is perfect. The apartment is stylish, very clean, and everything feels new. The kitchen has everything you need, and the beds are super comfortable. It’s one of the most beautiful and convenient places I’ve found in Bucharest. I hope to return soon!
