The room was a good size and very clean, and the staff turned out to be wonderful and really helpful. I booked this as part of a package, so I probably wouldn't have picked it myself. Breakfast came with the stay, buffet style, with Baltic cheese, ham, pickles, salads, toast, pastries, fruit, cereal, tea, coffee and juice. Reception also sells water, soft drinks and alcohol. The decor and furniture in the rooms felt old and worn. It's a bit outside the city centre, so we took Ubers and also caught bus #460, which came every 7 mins. It was a nice enough stay.

The location made it easy to explore Bucharest, and the whole stay was memorable enough that I'm already hoping to return. The dining choices had a lovely mix of local and international flavors, and the amenities added to the experience. Service was impeccable from the minute I arrived, and the rooms felt calm and comfortable, with elegant furnishings. The attention to detail around the property stood out. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting the city. It exceeded what I expected.

The rates are reasonable, and the place is cozy, quiet and very clean. Staff were welcoming and friendly. They serviced the rooms each day and changed the towels daily. Definitely worth a try.

The rooftop breakfast room on the 6th floor has a city view, though breakfast itself is pretty average, so don't expect scrambled eggs. Double rooms have large, comfortable beds and balconies, but there was no air conditioning. Staff were helpful, and Romanian, as is typical in Bucharest. It's a decent, affordable hotel close to public transport stops. Parking could be a problem since the street is usually crowded.
