The gated parking gave us extra peace of mind, and the apartments had what we needed, including a fully working kitchen. We stayed in Bucharest with family and friends, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax. The staff were attentive and happy to help with requests. Getting to attractions and amenities was fairly convenient. The rooms were comfortable and thoughtfully laid out, so it was a pleasant stay.
The bathroom was horrific, and the kitchen appliances had food stains and clearly had not been cleaned. Garbage had been left all over the room, and the blankets were dirty, hairy, and covered in black and grey lint. This was the worst hotel I have stayed in, and I would give it an even lower rating if I could. At check-in, the room was left open for us. There was no security at all. The woman at reception gave us the gate code without checking that we were staying there, and she was rude. When we checked out, she was even more disrespectful. I honestly wouldn't recommend staying here, even for one night.
There was mold in the bathroom, broken mosquito nets, and white hairs scattered around the dirty apartment. A lot of things in the place were broken too. When I told the owners about some of the problems, all they said was “ok.” They showed no accountability or care.
The facilities were good, and it was near the area's main transport links and amenities. Cleanliness could have been better.
The apartment was cozy and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and free private parking. Easy to get to.
