The service is the main reason I'd come back. Antonia welcomed me at check-in, answered my questions, and suggested things to do. She was so friendly that talking to her felt like talking to a friend. Everyone else was lovely too, including the Asian guy who brought our late-night room service with a big smile, even though we ordered at an inconvenient hour. The two pastas were delicious. We also had steak at the restaurant, cooked exactly how we wanted, and the staff were attentive and professional. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the hotel is right in the city centre, which makes it a good place to stay when visiting Bucharest. Thanks for making the trip memorable.

Alexandra made my first Bucharest trip unforgettable by recommending bars, restaurants, and landmarks that fit what I like. I went to every place she suggested, and each became a lasting memory. That kind of personal attention is rare. The front desk team were warm, polished, and professional from the moment I walked into the lobby, and the hotel is in a perfect location. My room was immaculate, peaceful, and comfortable, with a balcony I loved for a cocktail and a view of the city. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful, and delicious, well worth adding to the stay. After 18:00, the English Bar is a great place to unwind by the fireplace with well-made drinks and engaging staff. I rarely post reviews, but the genuine care and hospitality here made me want to. The hotel made the stay an experience, and I'll definitely be back. It's the most exceptional experience I've had anywhere in Europe.
