Novum Aparthotel

We paid a lot for one night and felt cheated. The apartment was dirty enough that we felt really uncomfortable, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who cares about cleanliness and convenience. There were grimy stains on the couch, so we had to wash the bedroom blanket to sit on it. The curtains were stained too. The kitchen was filthy: the coffee machine and kettle were sticky, the faucet was caked with dirt, and the dishes hadn’t been washed properly. Dust was all over, especially on the electrical sockets. The apartment itself was nicely decorated and reasonably equipped, but it was awfully dirty. The cleaning person should be dismissed immediately. I wonder if the person renting it keeps their own home this dirty. Check-in was also a problem because we couldn’t reach the person managing the property. A security guard in the building helped us and apparently called the owner, who gave him our room’s access code. We really disliked that the guard knew the code to our apartment. That’s unacceptable. Usually with this kind of apartment, we receive the access code by text or email.

The apartments were clean, spacious, modern, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. There was construction going on during our stay, so the noise was the only drawback. The place still has a lot of potential, and once the work is finished, it’ll be excellent.

We’ve already stayed here three times and will be back. The places we stayed were clean, spacious, and roomy. They have Netflix and WiFi, with free parking outside. There’s surveillance and someone looking after the place around the clock. The staff are super friendly and always helpful. It’s always a pleasure to stay here.

The room was modern, very clean, and comfortable, with space for 4-6 people. I’d recommend it to everyone. I just wish they had staff to help carry the bags 💼.
