The AC didn't work properly, and the way they handled the power outage was another problem. The refrigerator stopped working, and my medication expired. The lady at reception, who has the accountant role, was rude and had bad manners with clients. We had booked two nights. I asked for a refund, but even after a long time they still hadn't confirmed it to Booking. I left in the middle of the night for IBIS hotel. I don't recommend this place at all.

The room had a kettle, bottled water, and toilet amenities, and there was a lift. The hotel also runs a Chinese restaurant on the second floor. The rooms are new, spacious, and clean, and there is free parking right in front. The 24-hour reception desk was helpful when we needed to check in around 3am. The hotel is operated by Chinese people.

Everything was nice, but the bathroom door locked by itself while I was in there yesterday, and it really scared me. Please check that the room locks are working properly. Thank you.

The Chinese restaurant on the hotel's second floor serves tasty, authentic food. The portions are big, and the prices are reasonable.
