Radisson BLU Bucharest

We stayed at Radisson Blu Bucharest from January 23rd to 26th, and the hotel was a five-star experience in every way, from the rooms and staff to the location. At check-in, Valentina registered us quickly, explained everything, and helped throughout our stay. Night manager Eric and receptionist Alina also helped arrange a late checkout for our late flight. Thanks to them. The executive lounge was wonderful, especially Marius, a professional and kind team member who spoke Italian and made us feel at home. There's a fully equipped gym with an indoor pool, plus an outdoor heated pool with a jacuzzi. On our last day we had a couple's massage at the Thai SPA. It's clean, well equipped, and staffed by very professional therapists. I strongly recommend booking a massage during your stay.

The Executive Lounge was a highlight, with exceptional service. Marius looked after us brilliantly and made it even better. Across the hotel, every staff member we met was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. Mihaela deserves a special thank you for going out of her way to assist us; nothing was too much trouble, and the stay wouldn't have been the same without her. The food was excellent too, with a good range and quality. Our room was comfortable, well presented, finished to a high standard, and maintained with real attention to detail. The Radisson Blu in Bucharest was spotless throughout. Everything felt top class from arrival, and I'll make it my regular place to stay in Bucharest. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the Radisson Blu from April 16th to 19th and were happy with everything. The location suited us well, with plenty within walking distance, so we rarely took public transport and preferred walking. The restaurant food was delicious, and ordering room service was easy. Our room was clean, modern, updated, and comfortable. Reception staff were friendly and the service was good. Anastasia from room 646 helped make the stay feel especially welcoming. We recommend the hotel and hope you have a lovely holiday there.

The beds were very comfortable, the staff were friendly and always smiling, and the building was mostly quiet. There was a great range of food at breakfast, and you could take food away, which many hotels don't allow. The hotel is close to the main sights in the center and to a beautiful church that, if you're Christian, you really should visit. At night, the blue lights make the hotel look magical. A couple of things could be improved for the price, though. The bath and shower controls were so confusing that it took me 20 minutes to work them out. The TV looked great and worked fine for regular channels, but YouTube lagged badly; a video by the YouTuber surronster froze after about 20 seconds. The breakfast coffee was very sour. Still, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.
