Most of the major enterprises are within walking distance, since it's in Bucharest's business district. The rooms look a bit dated, but the amenities are good. Breakfast and the pool were both decent. Keep in mind the pool is only available to guests in business class rooms.

I wouldn't come back. The bathrooms have bathtubs, but you can't actually take a bath 😅. Rooms weren't fully cleaned, the restaurant food was very mediocre, and the staff seemed barely able to manage. Other guests disturbed the peace, and the hotel did nothing about it. The service overall was very bad, and the quality doesn't justify the price. Better to stay at an Airbnb. I definitely don't recommend this place, it doesn't deserve even a single star. Avoid it.

The place had no atmosphere, even over NYE. Having a drink at the bar felt like sitting in a hallway, and the bar staff were seated where customers should be. A 330m bottle of water was the only option and cost 16 ron. The restaurant had no fresh juice or draught beer despite listing them on the menu, and the coffee was vile at 22 ron. The soup was vile too. My room WiFi kept cutting out. The pillows were old and lumpy, and the heater barely worked while making a noise like a generator in the room. Restaurant staff begged for tips, which was uncomfortable. The spa cost 11 euro to enter, wasn't included with the hotel, and was full of small kids. The bath had no plug, so I couldn't use it. The receptionist was incompetent. When I asked about upgrading, they told me to contact booking.com. I did, and booking.com called the hotel multiple times but got no answer. I'll never stay with this hotel chain again.

The shared facilities were good, though the pool, sauna, and gym all cost extra. The hotel itself is old, the rooms are quite outdated, and there's no sign of recent improvements. My TV had no channels, I couldn't adjust the room temperature, and the location felt pretty far from everything.
