The location is fantastic, the internet is good, and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast was excellent. We stayed in a clean, warm double room on the second floor, with a fridge, comfortable beds, and consistently hot water. The fixed shower head made showering feel odd, though the tub didn't leak and the drainage was great. There was an unpleasant restaurant smell from next door, but it didn't affect our stay. Parking in front is paid public parking in the blue zone. Foreign visitors need the parking payment app, since SMS payment only works with Romanian numbers.

The staff were extremely polite and professional, and the location is excellent, right in the center as the name suggests. In summer, though, the air conditioning in my room couldn't cool it down at all, and the furniture could use an update. The bed creaked. I still highly recommend the hotel. I didn't try breakfast, but it's a good option.

Hotel Central is right in the heart of Timișoara, a short walk from the beautiful fountain and lively city center. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the service was both friendly and professional. Highly recommended if you want to stay near the main attractions.

Such a shame, because the location is so good and the hotel is close to everything. The rooms were pretty average, which was fine, but there was a constant smell of cigarette smoke from people smoking. My Dad and I both woke up with bug bites all over our arms on both mornings of our stay. The hotel really needs renovation, because it could be great in such a good spot.
