The rooms were clean, and housekeeping was friendly and efficient. But sound carried easily through the walls, especially from the bathrooms, and it disturbed our sleep. We also couldn’t find an iron in the room, then noticed a door sign saying ironing was prohibited. That seemed odd for a hotel that advertises its conference rooms so heavily to business travelers. The main problem was how breakfast was charged. My wife had booked a room with breakfast for a business trip, and I joined her unexpectedly. We told reception at check-in, paid the extra fee for me without any issue, and were told I could pay only for the mornings I actually ate breakfast. We were asked to tell staff each morning and settle the bill at checkout. I ate breakfast on just three days, but at checkout we were charged for every day. Staff said the manager required full payment and pointed to a vague note in a notebook as “proof” of what we had agreed. They insisted it reflected our check-in conversation, though those terms had never been mentioned. When we objected, they told us to make an appointment with the manager, even though we were hurrying to the airport. Nobody apologized. It felt as if we’d been misled from the beginning. The amount of money wasn’t the point, it was the dishonesty and lack of accountability.

Breakfast was one of the best parts of the stay, carefully prepared, full of flavor, and nicely presented. The hotel itself was spotless and beautifully designed, with a fresh, elegant scent and a cozy, luxurious feel throughout. Everything seemed thoughtfully looked after. The team made a big difference. Roxana was warm and professional, and her attention to detail made every interaction easy. Alina was friendly, efficient, and brought a cheerful touch to the mornings. Rebbecca was kind and patient, with a calm, helpful manner even when things were busy. Manager Florina also kindly called to ask about the problems I’d faced during the night. Thank you! There was a little inconvenience because support was limited late at night. Still, the daytime service and the rest of the experience more than made up for it. I’d happily come back and recommend the hotel.

The restaurant at Atlas Hotel serves excellent food, with attentive service and a good selection of quality wines at very reasonable prices. I found both the dining and the stay good value, with fair, affordable prices. Inside, the hotel looks even better than the photos. Its modern, elegant decor gives it a warm feel, and the rooms and shared areas were exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff were especially kind and professional, always ready to help and making everything smooth. A comfortable place to stay in Timișoara, with a pleasant atmosphere and great food.

Florina, the hotel manager, was so patient and helpful when she helped me arrange a NY dinner from abroad. Everything went smoothly, and I didn’t have to wait around for anything. Five stars for her!
