Alex kept in touch really well throughout our stay, and the customer service was genuinely great. The rooms were spotless and the air conditioning worked well enough. The location makes it easy to walk to both Eforie Nord and South. Shame the local councils seem to put cars ahead of pedestrians.

Families with little kids would find this a very good place to stay. The sea is stony, though, so bring special swim shoes, and this isn't a Blue Flag beach. The food was decent rather than five-star, prices were higher than average but still acceptable, and the service fell short of what we expected. We had a good time overall, but after coming here for seven years, I think I'll look elsewhere next time.

In September, the beach was clean, quiet, and private, and it was only about 10 meters away. Since we were there out of season, there were very few people around, either on site or at the beach, which made for a wonderful stay. Our room was a comfortable size, with air conditioning and a sea view. I wouldn't call this a four-star place. The restaurant wasn't bad, but it was the only place to eat, and its September menu was quite limited.

The place itself is lovely, clean, and has good music. We just had coffee and a Cuba Libre, no food, and both the food and drink rating was five stars. Service gets three stars: we asked for the receipt in the morning and waited a long time, even though there weren't many customers. With a busy crowd, I'd understand, but it wasn't busy.
