We ended up here at 1 a.m. after arriving in Bucharest, because we couldn’t get into the hotel we’d booked. I called Royal Accomodation in the middle of the night, and they got us into a two-bedroom apartment straight away. My husband and I only needed it for one night, and the price was good for the size. The owner’s customer service was amazing. They really went out of their way to help us.

My family and I had a terrible experience with Royal Accommodation. The address listed here isn’t where any of the flats are. Instead, owners meet you and take you to an apartment. If you’ve paid in advance, getting your money back may be very difficult. The company spends heavily on ads on booking sites, but those platforms don’t let you review a business when it fails to provide what you booked. So stories like ours are missing from the reviews, which don’t give a full picture of how Royal Accommodation operates. In my view, this is a group of owners charging 500-700% above local rates. I’m fine with paying for a real service, but this felt like a scam targeting unsuspecting travelers. The company has limited “Royal” accommodations, so I’d suggest looking elsewhere. From my experience, Prince Hotel/Prince Residence has the same flats in the same block near the center, plus full services and amenities, for 20% less than Royal Accommodation. I can’t fully describe the negligence and damage this organization caused my wife, daughter and me. I know from marketing that there’s no such thing as bad publicity, but I hope this helps people looking for a place to stay. Avoid booking with Royal Accommodation if you can. Also be careful with names resembling “Eduardo, Edward and Florin D”. They promote themselves under other names. I have a child, and this is about as much time as I can give to writing this review. I’ll have to file suit in the Romanian courts to recover our financial losses. I hope your travels bring you delight and adventure instead of an experience like ours. Robert

They arranged everything for me, including the shuttle and airport pickup, and even rented me two nine-seaters. The houses and studios were nice, though not very large. One of the vehicles gave me trouble, but they came to help right away and resolved it promptly. Apart from that issue, everything was perfect. Rating: 10

A peaceful little oasis in the urban jungle of Budapest. Just the place to rest and recharge before continuing your travels.
