The room temperature was just right, and you can adjust it yourself. They cleaned the rooms and replaced the towels every day, and everything was very clean. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices. For the price, the stay was beyond expectations and exceptionally good. The hotel restaurant is a great choice if you enjoy Italian food, with amazing dishes and excellent service. Ask for Giuseppe, the most welcoming and hospitable waiter I've ever met!

A lovely find just beyond the busy old town. We booked a suite and were very happy with it: a beautiful, roomy room and a spacious balcony. It was cleaned and kept up every day. The hotel staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, were cheerful and helpful. I'd highly recommend staying here.

The receptionist was the highlight of our stay. She helped us with everything, including booking a visit to Parlament, and the hotel had a lovely surprise ready for my husband's birthday, which we really appreciated. The Italian restaurant serves lovely food and wines. The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk from the old town and has four floors, plus a rooftop jacuzzi we used twice when we had it all to ourselves. Breakfast is served in a spacious restaurant on floor -1. I would have liked more variety, but what was available was enough for our stay, and omelettes are made fresh on request. Our room was spacious, with very comfortable beds.

The owner makes the place feel warm and welcoming, and the staff are exceptional. Roberta and Elle at reception were professional and helpful, and Roberta speaks excellent Italian. A wonderful hotel, and it will be my regular choice whenever I come to Bucharest.
