Breakfast had a fantastic selection, and Cristina took especially good care of us there. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. It’s a very clean hotel with amenities for different needs, and the rooms are great, though storage space is a little limited. The location is great for exploring the city.

Catalin made a lasting impression with his warm manner, positive energy, and dedication. He seemed to anticipate what we might need and handled every detail calmly and confidently. His work was organized and efficient, but also personal and attentive. It’s rare to find that combination of skill and natural hospitality. I’m very grateful for the outstanding service he provided.

Ruth made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. She’s a kind, honest, caring waitress, and her genuine warmth helped us feel completely at ease. She shared lots of her knowledge and experience, and went out of her way to make sure we had a great time at the Novotel Hotel. Her knowledge of the city and recommendations made our visit even more memorable. Ruth is a real asset to the hotel. Thanks to her care and enthusiasm, our experience was exceptional, and we’ll definitely be back.

Dinner and lunch were perfect, and I loved the clean, perfect room, with complimentary tea, coffee, and water. The bed was so comfortable that I woke up late for my conference 😂😂. I missed breakfast, so I can’t comment on it, and my work commitments meant I couldn’t use the pool, which I feel bad about. I thought the experience was excellent, like a five-star hotel, and only realized after checkout that it was rated four stars. Loved everything here. The staff did a perfect job.
