Rezident Balcescu

We loved our stay in the Pop Art room at Rezident. The hosts were super helpful and quick to reply, and the apartment was big, clean, and had everything we needed. It sits right on a main street, but it was completely quiet inside. The heating worked perfectly and we felt right at home. Great location, highly recommend!

The apartment was clean, well equipped, and on the 3rd floor. We spent 3 nights there in the 2-bedroom apartment, and the beds were comfy. The kitchen had all the utensils, and there were nice towels. Self check-in was easy, and the host responded quickly. Cleanliness and location both get 10/10 from me. Luggage storage was a great plus since our flight back was late in the afternoon.

Very cozy and beautiful, with clean, well-kept rooms. The apartment is centrally located near the main attractions and public transport.

The location was excellent and the apartment spacious, and the price was very affordable. It has a lot of potential, but some basic things need attention. The biggest problem was the AC. Guests can't adjust it themselves. When I arrived, Bucharest was 26°C and humid. I set the AC to its lowest setting, but it blew hot air. The host said it was still set to heating because the previous days had been colder, and someone would come the next day to switch it to cooling. At first I was told I couldn't move. Later, another apartment was offered, but I was told I'd have to return to the original one. I agreed, but the second apartment had the same issue. I was again told it had been cold in recent days, which shouldn't be the guest's concern. There were no blackout curtains, so street and building lights stayed on all night and made it hard to sleep. The apartment is directly on a major highway through the city, so it was quite noisy, especially at night. Simple improvements to the AC, window coverings, and noise, such as earplugs or double glazing, could make this a fantastic option. I hope management takes the feedback on board.
