I stayed in January and would happily come back. The hotel is central, and I arrived to a glass of champagne. My room was clean, with water replenished every day. The main bar area was pleasant in the evenings, and although the spa is small, it was clean, relaxing and had a proper boutique feel. The basement bar is trendy, though the DJ was a bit loud, call me old and boring, ahah. The drinks were really nice.

The breakfast spread was amazing, the holiday decorations were lovely, and the central location made it easy to get around. Room service was timely and friendly. My husband and I stayed a few nights this December and got exceptional service. Our room was ready well ahead of time, which was great. The hotel is gorgeous, though I did find some hairs from a previous guest in the sink. We had a good stay and would come back on our next visit to Bucharest.

The staff, especially the concierge and bar team, made this hotel stand out for us. They were helpful, attentive and knowledgeable, and very patient with four old gits who’d never been to Romania and didn’t know what to do or where to go. We can’t wait to visit again. The former bank building has been restored so beautifully it takes your breath away. The lobby and bar feel grand and open but still intimate and friendly. The rooms are immaculately clean and beautifully presented. I’d especially recommend cocktails in the vault bar, which is open Monday-Saturday evenings. This is without a doubt the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in.

The hotel bar inside the former bank vault was unique and a highlight of the property. We didn’t use the spa. Service throughout our stay was warm, friendly and professional, and the hotel felt high quality and well maintained from the moment we arrived. We were delighted by a room upgrade. The room was spacious, beautifully designed and extremely comfortable. The location is ideal for exploring the Old Town, with everything just steps away. There’s no hotel parking, but an underground garage is conveniently nearby. We had a fantastic stay at the Marmorosch Hotel in Bucharest, and it exceeded all our expectations. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed staying here and would gladly come back. The hotel is in a great spot for exploring, and the building is gorgeous, with Art Deco touches and elegant details throughout. Alina was especially kind, showing us around privately and telling us some fascinating history about the place. Everyone on staff was very friendly.
