The room and bathroom were spacious and very clean, and parking in the yard was free. The furniture was sparse, though: just one bedside table, a chest of drawers too short for longer clothes, and no hanger. I had to choose between a cigarette-smelling room by the entrance and a quieter attic room without heat. In winter, the heat only came on at 5:30 p.m. I also confirmed with the owner that there’s no WIFI signal in the attic. The prices feel a bit high for what’s provided.

The host was one of the best I’ve dealt with, and we got more than we asked for. The place is nicely located, away from city noise. A small fridge would have made it perfect, since we visited in the middle of summer.

A kind family runs this nice place. We were only in town briefly, and they made us feel very welcome. Many thanks!
