Breakfast was a highlight, with a stunning, unforgettable view that made the mornings feel special. The atmosphere was calm and pleasant, and everything matched the description. The location is especially good if you enjoy walking, with many places close by and easy to reach. The area felt very safe and comfortable at all times, which helped us relax. We were very satisfied and would recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, safety and a beautiful view.

We came to Bucharest for the first time and celebrated birthdays during our stay. The staff surprised us with lovely desserts, a really nice gesture. The breakfast was fresh, tasty and generous, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel itself is beautiful and in an excellent location. The staff were kind and the service was perfect, very welcoming. We highly recommend the hotel and are sure to visit Bucharest and stay with you again. Thank you very much 💚💚 ❤️‍🔥❤

The room was clean, and the mattress and pillows were comfortable. Most of the hotel seems well put together and decent. But the floors, both in the room and the corridors, have 2mm linoleum where you’d expect soft carpet. It made everything feel extremely cheap, and the contrast with the rest of the place was striking.

We were on the 11th floor, and a Thursday party at the rooftop bar went on until 1:30 am. It was completely unacceptable how loud it was, and we couldn’t sleep until it stopped. We told reception, but nothing changed. More concerning, the room opened onto a balcony with no railing, and there didn’t seem to be a secure way to lock the window or door leading to it. That’s a major safety risk. For a 4-star hotel, I’d also expect a fixed wall-mounted shower head instead of only a handheld one. Reviews over the past three years have mentioned access card problems, and they still seem unreliable. We had to use a physical, non-secure key. These issues significantly undermined our stay.
