West Plaza Residence

Getting around was easy: the hotel is 200 meters from the Park Romania shopping center, not far from the city center, and taxis, Bolt, or Uber arrived quickly when called. I plan to return in December and stay at West Plaza Hotel again. The room was very clean, with daily housekeeping, and hot water was available around the clock. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had an adequate selection, and the hotel restaurant served affordable, varied, tasty, clean food. Wifi was available too. I highly recommend it.

I was there for several nights on a business trip. The rooms were decent, breakfast was good, and the staff were consistently helpful. It was a good stay.

The only problem was a sewer smell on the first day, which went away over the following days. There are two buildings, so it may depend on which one you're in. Otherwise, it's good value for the price, well located near the center and two large malls, with a good breakfast.

It’s next to the mall and good value for money. The restaurant has plenty of space. Breakfast was okay, and while I’d seen other reviews mention it, I found the food fine and the coffee very good.
