Breakfast had a good mix of vegetarian choices, enough for vegans too, alongside the more traditional things like sausages. The hotel is small and arranged around a really nice-looking staircase, though when it's busy you might hear some hallway noise. Staff were friendly at any hour and took time to help, whether planning the day or finding a medical expert. The room was quiet apart from police vans with their sirens, and the hotel did a good job keeping that sound out. Comfortable beds with lots of pillows, and plenty of light in the room.

Alexandra D. at reception was very welcoming, and everyone was flexible and helpful during our stay. The room was bright, warm, clean, and lovely to come back to. The hotel itself was quiet and well kept, in a very convenient location. From booking onward, communication was impeccable, and the gentleman at reception made arrival easy with all his help. Nice touches like slippers, quality towels, bathrobes, and other useful essentials made things more comfortable. We really enjoyed finding this hotel.

Julia at breakfast was especially friendly, and the buffet had a lot to choose from. The staff were all welcoming. Our room was clean and well equipped, and the towels were replaced daily. It's a quiet, safe neighbourhood, with the Old Town about a 5-10 minute walk away. We'd happily return.

Everyone we met on staff was kind, helpful, and friendly, which gave the stay a personal feel. Hotel Opera was a peaceful, cosy spot for a city break, and it all looked fresh, clean, and well cared for. The room's tasteful decor and comfort made it easy to feel at home. We'd recommend it to anyone visiting Bucharest and are already hoping to return.

Andre was incredibly attentive and really looked after what I needed. I was still jet-lagged and barely coherent, so I appreciated his help a lot. My room was modern, comfortable, clean, and beautiful, with a balcony, and breakfast was fresh, delicious, and well prepared. It was my first night in Bucharest and a lovely experience. This small, beautiful hotel is close to everything, and I'd definitely come back.
