The bathroom was the worst part, it was covered in fungus, the ventilator didn't work, and the toilet was worse than one at a construction site. You had to push a lever on the pipe really hard; it made a horrible noise, and the waste would stay up or float, with a terrible smell. The room was on the second floor and definitely didn't feel like a 3-star place. There were holes in the carpet, and the sound insulation was nonexistent. We called the staff several times, but they did nothing. Those bathrooms are bad enough that the hotel should be closed.

The nice photos gave us the wrong impression. We booked online for three people but were given a room with only two single beds. At reception, we asked for a room with three beds and were told we'd have to make a new booking because many people don't need one bed per person and request a smaller room. That sounded like an excuse to charge us more on arrival. The room had the bathtub shown in the pictures, but no stopper. Reception said they'd look for one and bring it up, then never followed through. When we asked again the next day, they rolled their eyes and said they don't provide stoppers because people supposedly steal them. We checked other rooms as we left and none had stoppers, which made us suspect they simply don't want guests taking baths to save water. Breakfast was lukewarm as soon as the doors opened, and nothing was refilled. For 200+ rooms there were only two small coffee machines, and they only turned on two of the eight available coffee types. Other things made the stay frustrating too. The power cuts when you leave the room, including to the fridge, so you can't keep food cold while you're out. Whenever we tried the fridge, there was a puddle at the bottom after we came back. The shower had barely any pressure and an unregulated temperature, so more than half the time it was cold water dribbling out. The showerhead wouldn't stay attached to the wall fitting either, because the screw was too loose and the holder was too big for the handle. I wouldn't trust the fancy pictures; this hotel feels like a total scam.

The room, food and hotel overall were all perfect and nice. But the staff wouldn't let me bring my bike inside, so I had to leave my $9000 e-bike outdoors while it was snowing. The lobby is huge, and there was a corner where I could have put it without bothering anyone. The staff left me very unsatisfied.

The restaurant was the only reason we came back after last year. Breakfast was decent and service was quick, and a shout-out to Florin the head waiter. The tablecloths were stained and weren't changed regularly. The rest was awful, especially for families with children. There was a horrible sewer smell, a filthy carpet that looked like it could give you fungus, dust on and inside the furniture, and a huge hole under the bathtub. The bed squeaked and bent like it might break. Heating only came on at 9:30pm, so the room was cold. A yellow stain, maybe pee, on the shower curtain was the worst of it, though there were 20+ other bad things. The bathroom light switched off after two minutes, leaving you waving at the motion sensor to get it back on. The toilet tank was set so low it took several flushes. The window wouldn't open, and the balcony door only opened horizontally, not vertically, so a child could fall off the balcony. Furniture doors hit your feet because there was no space to step back when opening them. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
