Aparthotel Teilor 2

We spent three nights in apartment 1 at Taylor Apartments, and the place felt stunning and almost brand new. It was thoughtfully stocked down to little things: a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, washer, dishwasher and dishes; a bedroom, living room with TV, dining space, two balconies, and a bathroom with a washer and iron. They'd even left an umbrella in the closet. There was private parking and the WiFi worked without dropping out. We needed somewhere mainly for Shabbat after our plans around the Chabad house in Cluj fell through. The apartment itself works for Shabbat observance, with a regular key and no automatic lights inside. The building is less suitable, since the entrance uses a chip and the stairwell lights are automatic. I had asked beforehand about the apartment, which is suitable, rather than the building. It's not really fair to expect the hosts to know our laws. We chose to stay in for all of Shabbat, and after several days of travel we were tired anyway. The owners really tried to help. They contacted neighbors and even offered to drive over from their own apartment on Shabbat. Check-in was self-service with instructions and codes, though they also sent their lovely neighbor Laura to show us around. They were always reachable on WhatsApp, answered every request politely and fully, and responded quickly when we asked for another blanket. Communication was great in English, and the wife was in Israel and speaks Hebrew, which was another option. To open the parking gate, you call the number in the instructions. We couldn't make calls, so the owner called for us and then brought us a sign. I've stayed in lots of places abroad, and this one went beyond what I expected. Highly recommended!

The bed was comfortable, the apartment was decorated nicely, and there's a mini-market just a three-minute walk away. Parking on site felt secure, and detergent pods were provided for the washing machine. Fantastic place, I highly recommend it.

We'll be back at the end of the month. The building is new, the owner deserves 10 stars, and there's parking in the yard as well as on the street. Everything was top notch!

Alin was great to communicate with, and I highly recommend the place. The accommodation was spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and had everything needed. Even the stairwell smelled lovely, with tasteful autumn decorations that made it feel welcoming.
