The rooms are large and the street is quiet, perhaps too quiet: there aren't any coffee shops, restaurants, bars, or grocery stores nearby. We walked about 20 minutes to get coffee at Ebru cafe. The building has a spacious lobby, an elevator, and a small lot that fits around 4-5 cars. Still, it's probably one of the best value-for-money places in Cluj.

I came for five days in Cluj-Napoca and the Electric Castle festival. The place was spotless and very well arranged, with parking available, though there's no food service. Getting around meant using a car, rideshare, or taxi since the bus stop is a bit far, but you're still in the city. No problems otherwise. I recommend it.

A comfortable place that's newly built and well constructed. I recommend it!
