We had to switch apartments after the first night, moving from one on the ground floor at the front of the building to one upstairs at the back. The staff helped carry our luggage, and communication was great, Norbert always replied. Both apartments were furnished beautifully. What I liked most was the plain walls with no decorations, less is more! This was the best accommodation we rented during our 10-day trip around Transylvania.

The manager is such a great person, and the service was good. The place was super clean and comfortable. I’ll go back to Bloom when I’m in Cluj again.

I stayed in 3A. The room was amazing for the price, and the location was brilliant. The decor, coffee machine, clean towels, spotless room, and hassle-free electronic check-in were all things I loved. I’d definitely recommend it. A few things bothered me: the reed diffuser smelled so strongly that I had to move it to the bathroom, the shower door knob came loose, and I wasn’t sure the A/C worked.

We spent 40 days at Bloom Downtown Suites and felt at home from the first day. Iuliana, the manager, and Emil, the owner, were both warm, kind, quick to respond, and incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to make the stay comfortable, with lots of attention to detail. The suites were spacious, beautifully designed, and very clean. For a long visit, they had everything we needed: a well-stocked kitchen, washing machine, fast Wi-Fi, and very comfortable beds. The location is right in the centre of Cluj, close to everything on foot, but still quiet and peaceful. A fantastic stay. I’d recommend it for a few days or several weeks. Thank you!
