The price was great for what you get. It’s only a few minutes on foot from the bus station, and the centre is two bus stops away. The owner was very friendly and even spoke a little Hungarian. The rooms are huge and clean, and the modern bathroom was spotless.

The shower was excellent, and it was surprisingly quiet around the place. I heard more passing cars than noise from the bar and restaurant next door. I stayed one night between travel arrangements. The furnishings were worn, but everything worked fine.

The room was quite large and clean, so I have no complaints about it. It’s handy for the bus and train stations, though a long way from the local attractions. There’s a bar and some slot machines downstairs, which don’t exactly make it a classy place, but it stayed quiet.

I stayed four nights for Comic Con and got what I expected for the rating. The bed was good, the furniture decent, and the 24/7 pub downstairs was quiet and useful. Cheap and hassle-free, so I’d recommend it if that’s what you’re after. :)

I expected more and came away really disappointed. The price was okay, but the staff weren’t friendly at all, and the house was a long way from the city centre. I’m just not satisfied.
