The breakfast crew brought great energy and service each morning, and the bar staff stayed cheerful and attentive late into the evening. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and we felt well looked after. My colleagues and I especially want to thank Ionela and Julia. They were warm, kind, and always happy to help, and their smiles made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We'd happily recommend Hampton by Hilton in Cluj to anyone visiting Cluj.

The rooms were spacious and had everything I needed, and housekeeping were friendly and helpful. They seemed pleased by the little gift I left in the room. Breakfast was plentiful, with staff promptly topping things up whenever they ran out. They also appreciated the small surprises I left for them. I was sent to Cluj for four weeks for work and got a very warm welcome. Reception were consistently kind, answered my questions, shared information, and were up for a quick chat. Maria, Ionela, and Laurentiu were especially lovely. I hope you liked the occasional surprises I sent your way. Maria and Ionela were so helpful and friendly when I arrived and when I left. I stayed two nights for work and can recommend the hotel. The staff were very friendly in general. By car, it's about 20 minutes from the airport, and the city center is a 20-minute walk away.
