The furniture’s a little old-fashioned, but it’s totally okay. The bed is comfortable and breakfast is good. Even though it’s right in the city, it’s really quiet.

We didn’t stay at the hotel, just went to its restaurant. The food was tasty apart from the salad, which we didn’t even try: it looked dark, at best like it was from yesterday, maybe older. The service was another matter. When I asked for coffee, the waitress snapped that she was busy serving other tables, even though those people had arrived after us. I couldn’t tell if she’d taken the order and wanted us to wait, or wasn’t going to bring the coffee at all. In the end we gave up waiting and went to the counter to pay. We’d already chosen to pay by card, but they rudely said we had to pay first and would only show us an itemized bill afterward. That’s not normal. We don’t recommend this place.

A reasonable price for decent conditions. The room was clean and warm, with a clean, functional bathroom. The staff were nice, and breakfast was nice too. A great place to crash.
