The morning buffet was delicious, and the rooms were clean and wonderfully quiet. We never heard the cleaners or other staff chatting in the corridors early in the morning. My husband and I keep choosing this lovely spot for a getaway, and the friendly staff always make us feel welcome. I can't recommend it highly enough.

It's clean, near the city center, and the staff were helpful and polite. I'd happily come back anytime.

The place was clean, welcoming, and in a quiet area of Cluj. The receptionist who came in the next morning really saved things: she let me keep the same room for another night at the same rate. The night before, the receptionist I'd dealt with on my first night had been very nice, but quoted a price almost a third higher than what I'd paid and said I'd need to move rooms. I also said I didn't need breakfast, but she offered the higher rate with breakfast included. The blonde lady sorted it all out. That's real customer service.

This was my fifth time staying here, and the prices are pretty good. This time I got a beautiful room with three beds, a couch, and a balcony. We had the best room.
