I trusted the positive reviews and felt misled. The rooms were very poor, and neither the AC nor the hair dryer worked. A strange noise kept waking me up at night. Apparently, the lights were switching on and off automatically. It wasn't worth the price, and I wouldn't stay again.

The worst part was the cleanliness. There was a towel with strange stains in the bathroom, the sheet had six small holes, and the mattress cover was covered with hair from previous guests. They'd simply put a sheet over it. That's when we regretted paying in advance. If we hadn't, we would have found somewhere else within two hours. The stay cost 170 lei. I've stayed at another pension for 150 lei where everything was impeccable, so I can't recommend this place at all. Our room was on the third floor, very hot, and the AC didn't work. The owner said it needed to be checked, but that was the least of our problems. The owner also asks guests to pay before their stay, and I wouldn't recommend doing that. We wanted to leave as soon as we saw the room. Thanks for replying after seven months. This shouldn't have happened in the first place, and the photos below show it. Nice try to get my review deleted. Apparently, it was flagged as a violation of Google's terms and conditions.

Ours was the smallest room, and getting out of the bathroom meant stepping into the shower. It was very clean, but the walk to the city center took about 15 minutes and was steep because the place is up a hill, so we had to spend money on a taxi. I wouldn't go back.

The accommodation and rooms were fine for sleeping or a short stay, and I have no complaints about cleanliness or living conditions. The city location also means I won't comment on the view, though the garbage bins could be placed more discreetly. What bothered me was having to pay for the room and, if applicable, breakfast on arrival. If you pay for seven days and need to leave after two or three for some reason, you practically lose the rest of the money. Breakfast was advertised, including on a wall sign, at about 5 euros, but we were charged 6 euros per person for an all-you-can-eat meal. At market prices, it would cost about 3-4 euros if you're very hungry. It includes three or four kinds of cheese, salami or ham, tomatoes, peppers, coffee, cereal, and eggs on request.
