Hotel Stil

The thing that keeps bringing me back to Hotel Stil is how helpful Ioan is. He’s a genuinely kind gentleman who seems to find a solution when something comes up. He moved me to the front street room I preferred, let me sleep past the 11 am checkout, and even offered a sandwich or takeaway package when I couldn’t make breakfast in time. He also helped with my luggage, which surprised me coming from the owner. If you run into an issue, ask reception for Ioan. His kindness really touched me. The rooms and bathrooms are lovely and very clean, with nice design. The beds are comfortable real doubles, unlike Grand Hotel Italia, where the double bed I had was two smaller beds with a gap you could fall into. Air conditioning and heating both worked great, and the Wi-Fi is free. The restaurant food is amazing, whatever you order. Breakfast is good too, with eggs or omelettes, pastries, fruit, salad, yogurt, and several coffees. I especially like the cappuccino. I’ve stayed at different hotels in Cluj, but Hotel Stil is one of the best so far. Every time I’m in Cluj I come back, and I’ve had an amazing stay each time. This is an honest review from the heart. Thank you so much! ☺️❤️
