The mattress was good, but the building felt old and the bathroom smelled. One receptionist was incredibly rude, though the other was nice and the rest of the staff were okay. I won't be back.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, though they could've been cleaner, and the furniture was very old. The towels had seen a lot of use, too.

8/10
The room was spacious, clean, and had a pleasant feel, and the staff were friendly and quick to respond. Breakfast was decent. It's a nice boutique hotel in a good spot, with easy access to the city center. I'd recommend it for a short visit, up to 2-3 days.

A piece of jewelry also went missing during our stay. I noticed when I came back to the hotel that evening, but thought perhaps I'd misplaced it. Now I'm sure there was serious misconduct by the cleaning staff: after we left a large toiletry bag on the furniture by the window, the receptionist said the cleaner hadn't found anything when we called to retrieve it. That's impossible. There are no hallway cameras to check who enters your room while you're away. I was ready to call this a good experience, but I don't even care about the facilities anymore. Avoid this hotel.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, and quick with helpful information whenever we contacted them beforehand. That made our group stay really pleasant. The place was comfortable and very clean, close to both the city center and the airport. Highly recommend for a basic stay!
