Guests who party at night have disturbed the whole building by knocking on other guests’ doors, and the owner doesn’t call the police to settle things. I was very disappointed. The owner apparently controls the heating and hot water, and only turns on the heat for a couple of hours when people complain they’re cold. This is especially rough for people staying near the clinic for treatment, who need a warm room and hot water. I’ll contact some authorities to have the place checked.

I had the worst month of my life here. There were problems with hot water, cleaning and the heating system, and the owner seemed to try to save money on everything. I wouldn’t stay here again and can’t recommend it.

When we reported it, the owner said a mouse was normal at that time of year because the area was rural. She blamed us for leaving food in the room, claimed it had come in through the window, and didn’t even apologize. No, that isn’t normal. If they’ve had mice before, why aren’t the windows fitted with screens? After we left, I expected them to investigate, remove the mouse and have the room professionally cleaned. Instead, they put a trap under the bed and immediately gave the room to another guest without telling them. This falls below even the most basic hygiene standards for 2020. The owner should apologize and get professional help, as well as fit the windows properly to keep mice and rats out, rather than being rude to paying guests.

We had booked rooms two weeks ahead, but after driving 1,000 kilometres we were told there was nothing available for us. We couldn’t communicate with anyone in a foreign language. Avoid this place.
