The decor and views of nature really blew us away. We hadn't been here in a while, and I was impressed by the food too. Everything we ordered was vegetarian, tasty, and served in pretty generous portions. We even took some home. Definitely a place to eat in Baisoara Mountain.

Way too expensive for this region, especially considering the food and accommodation. For example, a 30 lei salad was mostly a few leaves, with only about 4-5 slices of cucumber and tomato. The cheese couldn't make up for how disappointing it was. The hot water in the bathroom kept coming and going every other minute. Probably needs new management 😛

The staff are very friendly, the location is beautiful, and my room was clean. I felt safe because they took COVID precautions seriously, which unfortunately isn't all that common. The food is a bit pricey, and they have hardly any vegan or vegetarian options.

The grounds are nice, with football and basketball courts, and most of the staff were kind. But our team-building stay, when we'd rented the whole place, had quite a few problems. Some rooms were missing clean towels or bathrobes. When we brought it up, staff gave us a response along the lines of, "these things happen." Orders were mixed up more than once, and some staff got angry when people corrected them. One guy was helpful, but his behavior toward some people was unprofessional: he kept hitting on them and talking to us about them. Other staff members were really nice, and this review doesn't do them justice. The owners wouldn't help us with anything and complained that we stayed up late, saying staff had to get up at 7 to make breakfast.
